GENERAL ADVICE

CLEAN HANDS
Regularly and thoroughly clean your hands with an alcohol-based hand rub or wash them with soap and water.
MASKS
Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth. Wear masks if in crowded places.
MAINTAIN DISTANCE
Maintain at least 1 meter (3 feet) distance between yourself and others.

SEEK INFORMATION
Keep up-to-date on the latest information from trusted sources, such as the WHO or your local and national health authorities.
SELF-ISOLATE
Stay home and self-isolate even with minor symptoms such as cough, headache, mild fever, until you recover.
SEEK HELP
If you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention, but call by telephone in advance if possible and follow the directions of your local health authority.

COVID-19 FREE PARTY TIPS

Before the Party
-
Find the right place for the party, where there is room for all the guests to have at least 1 m. (3,5 ft) between them. Try the free Magic Table Planner to plan your sitting.

Make sure all the guests are familiar with the general guidelines provided by your local health authorities.

Food and drinks
-
Write the guests names on their glasses, so they don't get mixed up. See examples.

Serve all snacks and food as individual servings.

If you have a buffet, make sure guests are keeping a safe distance and provide disposable gloves for guests to wear at the buffet.

Be aware that to much alcohol, can make people forget about the Covid-19 precautions!

Contact with the party people

Avoid handshakes and hugs, but throw plenty of air hugs! Just like David here.

Avoid singing and shouting at the party as it can increase the airborne particles. Instead prepare a speech or ask the guest to listen to a special song.

Keep dancing to a minimal. Preferable only dance with your partner or children.

Wear a mask at all times if you are in the group of at Increased Risk for Severe Illness.

Stay clean

Provide paper towels in the bathroom and and remove all others..

Setup hand sanitizers at the entrance, on the tables, by the buffet.

After the party
-
Check up on all guests a week after the party to hear if any have experienced Covid-19 symptoms or been tested positive.

Inform all guests if there has been a guest at the party with Covid-19 or who has experienced symptoms and ask them to self isolate and seek medical help if showing any symptoms themselves.
